Our Process
We create business applications for our clients because we recognize that the intelligent use of technology can help a business achieve its goals. It can transform business by creating new opportunities, increasing efficiency and improving productivity.

But, how do business applications offer such promise? All business applications are conceived with a need in mind, the foundation of which, is achieved by asking questions about your business- how can process x perform more efficiently? Where are the current workflow bottlenecks? What are the options? Often this requires research and planning to understand how each process contributes to an organization as whole.

Every business starts at point A, but not every business gets to point b as quickly or as efficiently as others. Our goal is to help you define a new workflow, create a new process, eliminate those bottlenecks and most importantly get to point B. Why? For one simple reason- to give value and create meaning to the data you need.
 
  Define
Defining the business need and planning a solid solution requires the completion of one objective -the requirements document. This document, compiled with the client outlines every possible process and workflow and the needs associated with them. Additionally, the document guides the development process vis a vis the most appropriate platform for the clients unique solution. The most important aspect of this phase is to work to define every current process and user demand and try to define within the technology a way to create a more efficient workflow. The result of which is a narrowed and specific user requirements document that outlines the conceptual technology model and defines modules.
 
  Design
The Design phase provides our team the opportunity to evolve the key elements of the requirements and further the conceptual model. We do this by creating a top level design that combines user interface, information architecture, and technical design. We develop detailed workflow and technical recommendations, which include product selection and a definition of our custom developed modules.

At this point a technical foundation is taking mold and a well defined system is beginning to take shape. we first develop a system to system communication model that will allow all key technolgy systems to communicate. Creating sub-systems that are part of the whole that are prone to change and maintenance are abstracted from the main layer so that the enterprise system is easily maintained.
 
 

Develop
We commence this phase with detailed user interface design as well as technolgy environments. The front end design coupled with coding of the solution yields a more defined system architcture that begins to take shape in an empirical way. Sub modules are built and standard protocols are implemented.

Communication between your team and Diginara is critical at this point to ensure smooth progress in development and that the system does indeed meet your needs. When the system has been fully tested and reviewed by our quality assurance analysts, your team will review the application and provide sign-off.

 
  Deliver
In the Deliver phase, the fully tested and approved application is sent to the production environment, and all software, hardware, training and documentation are delivered. While our technical team works to set-up your solution, we will work to maintain the system and train your team on the specifics of your new system.
